A B2B SaaS web application for EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970) readiness, designed for SMEs of 50–500 employees.
Prism ClearPay is not a statistics engine for specialists. It is a pay transparency readiness co-pilot for SME owners and HR generalists who have never run a pay equity analysis before and don't have a legal team on staff.
The product's job is to answer six plain questions. Every screen traces back to one of them.
- 01Are we ready?
- 02Where are our risks?
- 03What should we fix first?
- 04How do we respond to an employee's pay information request?
- 05What documents do we need?
- 06How do we communicate salary bands internally?
Two distinct roles, one shared source of truth.
Input company pay data, manage job functions, monitor pay transparency readiness, and generate the documentation the Directive expects — in one workspace.
Read-only access to their own job function pay band, the criteria behind it, and a formal pay information request flow — no spreadsheets, no email chains.
Built for buyers under regulatory pressure.
HR and legal teams evaluating Prism ClearPay are themselves accountable to auditors, works councils, and regulators. The answers to "where does our data live, who processes it, and what's your DPA" are ready before the question is asked.
The application and its database are hosted in the European Union (primary region Frankfurt, eu-central-1). A small number of operational sub-processors (for example, payment processing) may process limited personal data outside the EEA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our current sub-processor list is available on request.
Prism ClearPay is built on infrastructure providers that are certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Their reports are available directly from those providers to prospective customers under NDA.
We maintain a data processing agreement with each processor in our chain (hosting, payments, CRM, fiscal invoicing) and can provide the full list on request, so your legal team has a complete view of where data flows.
Prism ClearPay assists human decision-making on pay data; it does not make or automate employment decisions, does not profile individuals, and is not intended to replace a human assessment. We assess it under the Article 6(3) criteria and keep our classification reasoning documented and current as the Commission's guidance is finalized.
Enabling, not policing.
Most pay equity tools tell a company what's wrong. Prism ClearPay explains what your data is saying, where legislation may require action, and how to move forward.
Flagged risks, gap percentages, and readiness signals are always paired with plain-language interpretation and a next step. No numbers sitting alone.
The tone of a knowledgeable colleague explaining something clearly — not a legal instrument, not a startup dashboard, not a motivational app.
