We rely on: your consent for non-essential cookies and marketing; contract for service delivery; legitimate interests for website security and analytics; and legal obligation for record-keeping.

We share data only with processors that help us operate: Calendly (scheduling), our email provider, hosting and analytics providers (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics), and — where you have consented via the cookie banner — Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram measurement). All processors are bound by appropriate agreements and, where relevant, EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
