merakihr.eu is operated by MERAKI HR, a strategic HR practice based in Bucharest, Romania. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

• Do not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos, and the MERAKI HR, Prism ClearPay, and LIMEN names — is owned by or licensed to MERAKI HR and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

4.1 The Assessment is a paid digital service that produces an automated, personalised diagnostic report based solely on the answers you submit.

4.2 The report is provided for general information and educational purposes. It is not legal advice, not an audit, and not a certification of compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive or any law, and does not create an advisory, consulting, or client relationship.

4.3 Article references and recommendations reflect our interpretation of the Directive as at the report's generation date. National transposition varies and the law may change; we do not undertake to update reports already issued.

4.4 The report is generated from self-reported information. Its accuracy depends on the accuracy of your answers, for which you are responsible.

4.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any mandatory consumer rights, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Assessment is limited to the amount you paid for it.

5.1 Some documents (guides, summaries, templates) are made available for free in exchange for your contact details. To receive them you must submit the requested information and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Download links are personal, time-limited and intended for your own professional use. You may share the document internally within your organisation, but you may not resell it, republish it, or present it as your own work.

5.3 Resources are informational and reflect publicly available sources as at their publication date. They are not legal advice, are not updated automatically, and must not be relied on as a substitute for qualified local legal or HR advice.

5.4 Resources may be published in Romanian or in English. The language of each document is indicated on the resource page; we do not undertake to provide every resource in both languages.

6.1 By submitting the newsletter form and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive news, resources and marketing emails from MERAKI HR SRL at the address you provide. Consent is given freely and is not a condition for using the rest of the site.

6.2 You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to office@merakihr.ro. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

6.3 We process the details you submit (name, email, and optionally company, role and country) to send the content you asked for and to understand which topics are useful. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods and your rights under the GDPR.

6.4 You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for having the right to use the email address provided. Please do not submit other people's contact details without their knowledge.

Any consultancy or product engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not, by themselves, create such an engagement.

The site links to and embeds third-party services (Calendly, limen.systems, Google analytics tools). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MERAKI HR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
