Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for digital products purchased from MERAKI HR, including the Prism ClearPay Pay Transparency Compliance Assessment.

1. Nature of the service

The Pay Transparency Compliance Assessment is a digital service. It is delivered immediately after payment through a unique, one-time link and a personalised report generated on submission of your answers. There is no physical product to return.

2. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and services does not apply once performance has begun with the buyer's prior express consent. By completing checkout and accessing the assessment link, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report is generated.

Purchases made by companies (B2B) in the course of their professional activity are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.

3. When we do issue refunds

  • You were charged but never received an assessment link or report due to a technical failure on our side.
  • The report was not generated and cannot be re-issued within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate charges for the same order.

4. How to request a refund

Email office@merakihr.ro from the address used at checkout, with your order reference or the email receipt from Stripe. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in euro (€9.99). Romanian companies are billed in Romanian leu (RON) as required by local legislation; the amount charged is 54,90 lei. Any currency conversion for other buyers is handled by your card issuer.
